- Search your property thoroughly (sometimes the carrier will place packages in discreet locations for your security)
- Check with your neighbors to make sure no one is holding the package for you
PrettyBossMoguls.com will only offer a refund for defective merchandise. There is a strict no refund or exchange only policy for merchandise received in good condition.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. Fill out a return request HERE. Damaged items will need to be reported within 3 days of delivery. Photos will be required for any report of damage. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
ALL RETURNS MUS BE PRE-AUTHORIZED! Any package received without being pre-authorized will not be credited. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you and a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Items must be in original condition - No clearance items, final sale items, bodysuits, masks or swimwear will be accepted.
PrettyBossMoguls.com does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
